We currently ship to all states in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. If you have any questions about shipping availability to your location, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
2. Order Processing Time
- We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) typically ship out the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping (Peninsular Malaysia): Flat rate of RM10 for orders below RM100. Free shipping for orders RM100 and above.
- Standard Shipping (Sabah & Sarawak): Flat rate of RM15 for orders below RM150. Free shipping for orders RM150 and above.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Peninsular Malaysia: 1-3 business days after dispatch
- Sabah & Sarawak: 3-7 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions, public holidays).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS (depending on your preferred contact method) with the tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to update.
